I’d include Gleneden Community Park and a trip toward Hatch Road or the Wandermere business district. You’ll get a better feel for the area, and perhaps find where your next coffee or dinner stop belongs.

A finished basement might be just right for hobbies or visitors, while someone else would rather have more of their living space on one floor. Neither choice is a better home on paper. It’s a matter of what works for you.
