How I Work With Buyers & Sellers
For buyers, I help compare properties, study comparable sales, develop an offer strategy, and coordinate the steps from acceptance through closing. For sellers, we work through pricing, preparation, presentation, showing feedback, and negotiations. Throughout the process, I help keep inspection, financing, appraisal, title, and escrow considerations in view.
You can expect direct advice and room to ask questions. Sometimes the best decision comes from looking beyond the headline price to the timing, contingencies, or costs that affect your next move. Ultimately, the decision is yours. My job is to help you understand the tradeoffs.
