If you are looking for things to do in Spokane this weekend, Saturday brings a useful mix of college basketball, collectibles, live theater, a Green Bluff art workshop, downtown Coeur d’Alene wine tasting, and a free houseplant-repotting event in Hayden.
The easiest way to plan the day is to choose one geographic area rather than trying to cover the entire map. The Spokane events can be combined into a full day, while the Hayden and Coeur d’Alene selections pair naturally for a North Idaho afternoon.

More Things to Do in Spokane This Weekend
For a Spokane-based day, the Toy Show in the morning followed by Gonzaga basketball at 2 p.m. is the most natural pairing. If you still have energy, the 7 p.m. performance of Anastasia is nearby downtown.
For North Idaho, start at New Leaf Nursery in Hayden and continue to Wine for the Holidays in downtown Coeur d’Alene. The block-printing workshop at Green Bluff also pairs well with an evening performance in Spokane.
Before heading out, confirm tickets, registration, parking, weather, availability, age requirements, and last-minute changes with each organizer. You can also review the October 24 local event guide or visit Living in Spokane and North Idaho for more local information.
