Things to Do in Spokane This Weekend: October 10, 2026

If you are looking for things to do in Spokane this weekend, Saturday, October 10 offers six very different choices. This week’s list includes a farmers market season finale, pumpkins and live music downtown, a large antique show, several race distances beside Hayden Lake, a Green Bluff farm festival and Gershwin at The Fox.

The practical question is not whether there is something to do. It is whether you want a quiet morning, a family afternoon, a little treasure hunting, a physical challenge or an evening performance.

Things to Do in Spokane This Weekend

Liberty Lake Farmers Market Season Finale

The final Liberty Lake Farmers Market of the 2026 season runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Town Square Park, 1421 N Meadowwood Lane. Admission is free.

Town Square Park gives the market a neighborhood scale that is easy to navigate, and the finale is a good opportunity to visit vendors before the weekly market closes for the year.

Check current information with the Liberty Lake Farmers Market.

Great Pumpkin Fest

Great Pumpkin Fest takes place at Brick West Plaza, 1318 W 1st Avenue in downtown Spokane. Saturday family activities run from noon to 5 p.m., including a petting zoo and face painting. Live music is scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m.

Admission is free. Pumpkins are listed at $10 each, and face painting is $5. Review the current schedule on the Brick West Great Pumpkin Fest page.

Custer’s Fall Antique and Vintage Show

Custer’s 51st Annual Fall Antique and Vintage Show runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Spokane Fair and Expo Center. Dealers from across the Northwest bring furniture, jewelry, kitchenware, glass, prints, rustic garden pieces and mid-century items.

Single-day admission is $8, a two-day pass is $10, and parking is free. The show continues Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Confirm tickets and directions through Custer Shows.

Hayden Lake Marathon

The Hayden Lake Marathon begins at Honeysuckle Beach and includes a full marathon, half marathon, quarter marathon, 5K and kids fun run. Start times are 7:30 a.m. for the marathon, 8 a.m. for the half, 8:05 a.m. for the kids run, 8:30 a.m. for the quarter marathon and 8:45 a.m. for the 5K.

Registration fees and availability vary by distance. Review current availability, course information and registration through the Hayden Lake Marathon page.

Walter’s Fruit Ranch Fall Festival

Walter’s Fruit Ranch Fall Festival runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at 9807 E Day Road on Green Bluff. The farm lists U-pick apples and pumpkins, fresh-pressed cider, pumpkin donuts, a corn maze, barnyard play area, rides, live music and a petting zoo.

Some activities and products carry separate charges, and availability can change with weather and harvest conditions.

Review current picking conditions and festival details through Walter’s Fruit Ranch.

Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue

The Spokane Symphony performs Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox, 1001 W Sprague Avenue. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. James Lowe conducts, with Dan Tepfer at the piano.

Prices and remaining seats vary by section. Everyone entering the theater needs a ticket, regardless of age.

Check current seating and ticket details through the Spokane Symphony and The Fox.

Planning the Day

When choosing among these things to do in Spokane this weekend, the Liberty Lake market works well as an early stop. Great Pumpkin Fest, the antique show and Walter’s Fruit Ranch can fill the middle of the day. Hayden Lake is best treated as an early-morning commitment rather than an add-on, and the symphony is a natural evening finish.

Please confirm tickets, registration, parking, weather, availability and last-minute changes directly with each organizer before heading out.

Weekend events are one of the better ways to understand a community beyond a map or listing sheet. A neighborhood can look one way online and feel quite different when you spend a Saturday there. That local context is part of how I approach Spokane and Coeur d’Alene real estate, along with market data and transaction details.
